All pupils from Junior 3 to 6 participate in weekly swimming lessons at the Allander
Swimming Pool, Bearsden. They are transported to and from the pool by coach during school hours. A note is required from home if a pupil is unable to swim on their swimming day.
TUESDAYS:
Junior 4 leave school at 09.30 a.m. - Water time - 09.50- 10.20 a.m.
Junior 5 leave school at 10.20 a.m. - Water time - 10.35 - 11.05 a.m.
Junior 6 leave school at 11.05 a.m. - Water time - 11.20 - 11.50 a.m.
THURSDAYS:
Junior 3 leave school at 11.10 a.m. - Water time- 11.30 a.m. - 12 noon
Bus returns to Junior School at approximately 12.30 p.m.
KIT:
Swimsuit / Trunks
Towel
Plastic Bag
Plastic Sock and cap if required
Swim Cap optional can be purchased at school
Long hair requires to be tied back
No valuables such as watches or money
